RNA sekvenciranje je metoda za analizu transkriptoma. Razumijevanje transkriptoma je izuzetno važno iz nekoliko razloga kao što su shvaćanje funkcionalnih elemenata genoma i razumijevanje razvoja pojedinih bolesti, što je samo par od mnogih mogućnosti primjene. Ovaj rad prikazuje novi algoritam za mapiranje podataka dobivenih RNA sekvenciranjem, posebice za očitanja koja se prostiru preko više eksoma.
