Cilj: prikazati ulogu EM u rutinskoj dijagnostici bubrežnih biopsija te složenost i značaj predanalitičkog postupka Metode: opis uređaja, reagensa i predanalitičkog postupnika (kvalitetno uzorkovanje i obrada materijala, rezanje ultratankih preparata i kontrastiranje) Rezultati: izrada preparata za elektronsku mikroskopiju na Medicinskom fakultetu u Splitu Zaključci: U rutinskoj dijagnostici primarnih i sekundarnih glomerulopatija EM sa svjetlosnom mikroskopijom i imunoflorescencijom zajedno predstavlja zlatni standard za postavljanje patološke dijagnoze.
