Organizational knowledge is of important value for the organization and a significant part belongs to the organization through it employees. In order to make knowledge available for future use, different codification strategies can be applied. However, codification doesn’t often happen by itself and neither does the dissemination of the knowledge, in fact most of the time individuals are needed in order to make this happen. The paper aims to argue that several roles need to be current for successful knowledge reuse.
