Medical analysis techniques field needs low cost development of reliable chemical sensors. In this context, chemical field effect transistors ChemFET provide innovating answers but this will require microtechnology/ biotechnology interface optimization. In this work, we set out to develop techniques which allow us to link biologic species and silicon material. We studied two kinds of approaches both based on polymer use.
