Cilj ovog rada je pokazati da duboko učenje uspješno rješava problem lokalizacije staničnih jezgara iz relativno malog skupa za treniranje. U radu su predstavljene tri arhitekture različitih razina kompleksnosti te načini pripreme podataka za njihovo treniranje i završne obrade njihovih rezultata. Slike korištene za učenje i ispitivanje mreža su iz natjecanja Data Science Bowl 2018.
