The aim of the present work is to analyze the relationships between the Dark Triad personality traits, work attitudes and organizational behaviors from the interactionist perspective. The theoretical part contains four chapters. The first one presents two basic approaches used to describe personality in the workplace: the trait approach and the interactionist approach. This chapter stresses the importance of distinguishing between `bright` and `dark` personality traits in the work environment. Moreover, it presents the main concepts raised within the framework of the interactionist approach to personality research in the work context, including the trait activation theory.
