This publication constitutes a volume of essays on Polish Romantic poetry. The volume consists of a number of essays which have been previously published in other journals and collective volumes, as well as several new articles, now appearing in print for the first time. The articles collected in this volume present the results of long standing research on Romantic poetry, including university lectures and other classes as well as various academic conferences and conventions. All essays are devoted to the analysis and interpretation of specific verses or poems as well as their contemporary readings and understanding.
