The work concerns texts which help children express their negative emotions. At the beginning, the author points out to writings in which the educational function is dominant. Then she proceeds to the collection of poems Jak przeklinać… (How to swear…) by Michał Rusinek — the guidance for children, wherein the author treats the linguistic expressing of anger in a quite unconventional way. As indicated in the analysis of the texts of the poems, they stimulate the young addressee and inspire them not so much to use swear words, but to play with words, and at the same time — in accordance with what psychologists indicate — they teach how to get rid of negative emotions
