Dialog w świecie tekstów naukowych

The author points out various aspects of a dialogical nature of academic texts. Starting from the basic form in an academic communication — discussion, she deals with the phenomenon of dialogical existence of an academic text and paratexts surrounding it: footnotes, titles, forewords, etc. The issues of the status of particular paratexts and relations between them are the subject of various sender-receiver relationships. When it comes to a dialogical nature of a written text, important issues are the ways of entering a dialogue (speaking) in a body of a written text. Here interesting are compositional-graphic measures aiming at overcoming a monologue nature of an academic text. Dialogical nature reflected in topography, genre transitions and style of writing, is in line with reflections on cognitive processes in the contemporary science, whereas the intertextual and inter-discourse strategies used by the authors of academic texts reveal an underlying multi-voice polylogue in many texts of the contemporary humane studies
