The author concentratesmainly on the notion of the view of world and points out in what way this notiondetermines language structure. Then the author characterizes the specific area of lawas a cultural phenomenon and presents analogies between both systems. Consequently,she develops the notion of legal view of world. According to her, this image determinesthe specifics of specialized language.
