Ziel: Um durch die Verwendung von Corneal Visualization Scheimpflug Technology (Corvis ST) die Auswirkungen einer intravitrealen Injektion mit Anti-VEGF Medikamenten oder einer Kataraktchirurgie (Phakoemulsifikation, Kataraktextraktion und Implantation einer Hinterkammer IOL) auf die korneale Biomechanik zu bewerten. Darüber hinaus wurden Pentacam Parameter gleichermaßen beurteilt. Methoden: Bei dieser explorativen retrospektiven Studie wurden insgesamt 59 Augen (Durchschnittsalter 76,2 - Standardabweichung 10,0) eingeschlossen. Bei 34 Augen wurde eine intravitreale Injektion und bei 25 Augen eine Kataraktchirurgie durchgeführt.
