Zweck: Vergleich zwischen statischer automatisierter Perimetrie (SAP) und Mikroperimetrie, einer neuartigen fundusbezogenen perimetrischen Untersuchung mit Bewegungsverfolgung zur präzisen Stimulation bestimmter Netzhautpositionen. Ziel unserer Studie war es, die Reproduzierbarkeit der Messungen mit dem MP3-Mikroperimeter bei Patienten mit primärem Offenwinkelglaukom (POWG) zu untersuchen und die Ergebnisse mit der statischen automatisierten Perimetrie zu vergleichen.
