Avaliação nutricional do milho e do sorgo cultivados com diferentes adubos orgânicos para frangos de crescimento lento

Four experiments were conducted at the Poultry Sector of the Federal University of Tocantins, Araguaína - TO, with the objective of evaluate corn and sorghum grown in different organic manures on chemical composition, energy values, metabolization coefficients of dry matter (CMAMS) crude protein (CMAPB) and gross energy (CMAEB) and their uses in feed slow growing chickens. On the first experiment, we conducted a essay to determine the apparent metabolizable energy (AME), apparent metabolizable energy corrected for nitrogen balance (AME), the metabolizability coefficients of dry matter (CMAMS), crude protein (CMAPB) and gross energy (CMAEB) of corns (manured with sunn hemp, manured with pearl millet, manured with humus and without manuring), using the method of total excreta collection. The II experiment, evaluated the use of corns (reference ration with commercial corn, ration with corn without manuring, ration with corn manured with humus, ration with corn manured with pearl millet and ration with corn manured with sunn hemp) in feed for slow-growing broilers the period of one to 20 days of age, about the performance variables (weight gain, feed intake, feed conversion). In the experiment III, we performed a essay to determine the AME, AME, CMAMS, CMAPB and CMAEB of sorghums (manured with sunn hemp, manured with pearl millet, manured with humus and without manuring) using the total excreta collection method. The IV experiment, evaluated the utilization of sorghums (reference ration with commercial corn, ration with sorghum manured with sunn hemp, ration with sorghum manured with pearl millet, ration with sorghum manured with humus, and ration with sorghum without manuring) in feed for slow-growing broilers the period of one to 28 days of age, about the performance variables (weight gain, feed intake, feed conversion). In the experiment I the values of AME and AME of corns manured with sunn hemp, pearl millet, humus and without manuring were: 3246Kcal/kg and 3239kcal/kg; 2965 kcal/kg and 2954kcal/kg; 2909kcal/kg and 2877kcal/kg; 3265kcal/kg and 3201kcal/kg, respectively and the apparent metabolizability coefficients were 89.75% for MS, 66.88% of CP, 88.5% in EB; 84.38% for MS, 58.73% for PB, 81.4% for EB; 80.38% for MS, 53.45% for PB, 78.95% for EB; 89.48% for MS, 68.95% to PB and 87.85% for EB, respectively. In the second experiment, it was observed that the utilization of the corns grown with different manuring and without manuring affected (P> 0.05) the performance characteristics. The treatments that have made use of corn with different manurings and commercial corn did not differ and showed the best results in relation to treatment with corn without manuring. In the experiment III, the values determined of AME and AMEn of sorghums manured with sunn hemp, pearl millet, sorghum and humus without manuring were: 2894Kcal/kg and 2881 kcal/kg; 2736 kcal/kg and 2675 kcal/kg; 2727 kcal/kg and 2694 kcal/kg; 2994 kcal/kg and 2959 kcal/kg, respectively and the apparent metabolizability coefficients were: 76.04% for MS, 42.01% of CP, 75.25% for EB 77.50% DM, 50.77% for PB, 75.95% for EB; 77.62% for MS, 46.39% for PB, 75.54% for EB; 75.83% for MS, 39.53% to PB, 74.71% for EB, respectively. In the IV experiment, it was observed that the utilization of cultivated sorghums with different manurings and without manuring did not affect (P> 0.05) the performance characteristics. The green manuring with Crotalaria and pearl millet, followed by use humus of cattle manure are alternatives that can be utilized in the cultivation of corn and sorghum, they provide grains with nutritional composition, energetic values and metabolizability coefficients appropriate to the performance of slow-growing broiler 1 to 20 days of age fed corn and 1 to 28 days of age fed sorghum.Quatro experimentos foram conduzidos no Setor de Avicultura da Universidade Federal do Tocantins, Araguaína – TO, com objetivo de avaliar o milho e o sorgo cultivados com diferentes adubos orgânicos sobre a composição química, valores energéticos, coeficientes de metabolizabilidade da matéria seca (CMAMS), proteína bruta (CMAPB) e energia bruta (CMAEB) e suas utilizações na alimentação de frangos de crescimento lento. No experimento I, foi realizado um ensaio para determinar a energia metabolizável aparente (EMA), energia metabolizável aparente corrigida pelo balanço de nitrogênio (EMAn), os coeficientes de metabolizabilidade da matéria seca (CMAMS), proteína bruta (CMAPB) e energia bruta (CMAEB) dos milhos (adubado com crotalária, adubado com milheto, adubado com húmus e sem adubação), utilizando o método de coleta total de excretas. O II experimento, avaliou a utilização dos milhos (ração referência com milho comercial, ração com milho sem adubação, ração com milho adubado com húmus, ração com milho adubado com milheto e ração com milho adubado com crotalária) na alimentação de aves de crescimento lento no período de um a 20 dias de idade, sobre as variáveis de desempenho (ganho de peso, consumo de ração e conversão alimentar). No experimento III, foi realizado um ensaio para determinar a EMA, EMAn, CMAMS, CMAPB e CMAEB dos sorgos (adubado com crotalária, adubado com milheto, adubado com húmus e sem adubação), utilizando o método coleta total de excretas. O IV experimento, avaliou a utilização dos sorgos (ração referência com milho comercial, ração com sorgo adubado com crotalária, ração com sorgo adubado com milheto, ração com sorgo adubado com húmus e ração com sorgo sem adubação) na alimentação de aves de crescimento lento no período de um a 28 dias de idade, sobre as variáveis de desempenho (ganho de peso, consumo de ração e conversão alimentar). No experimento I, os valores de EMA e EMAn dos milhos adubados com crotalária, milheto, húmus e sem adubação foram: 3246 Kcal/kg e 3239 Kcal/kg; 2965 Kcal/kg e 2954 Kcal/kg; 2909 Kcal/kg e 2877 Kcal/kg; 3265 Kcal/kg e 3201 Kcal/kg, respectivamente e os coeficientes de metabolizabilidade aparente foram: 89,75 % para MS, 66,88% para PB, 88,5 % para EB; 84,38% para MS, 58,73% para PB, 81,4% para EB; 80,38% para MS, 53,45% para PB, 78,95% para EB; 89,48% para MS, 68,95% para PB e 87,85% para EB, respectivamente. No experimento II, observou-se que a utilização dos milhos cultivados com diferentes adubações e sem adubação afetou (P<0,05) as características de desempenho. Os tratamentos que fizeram uso do milho com diferentes adubações e o milho comercial não diferiram e apresentaram os melhores resultados em relação ao tratamento com milho sem adubação. No experimento III, os valores determinados de EMA e EMAn dos sorgos adubados com crotalária, milheto, húmus e o sorgo sem adubação foram: 2894 Kcal/kg e 2881 Kcal/kg; 2736 Kcal/kg e 2675 Kcal/kg; 2727 Kcal/kg e 2694 Kcal/kg; 2994 Kcal/kg e 2959 Kcal/kg, respectivamente e os coeficientes de metabolizabilidade aparente foram: 76,04% para MS, 42,01% para PB, 75,25% para EB, 77,50% para MS, 50,77% para PB, 75,95% para EB; 77,62% para MS, 46,39% para PB, 75,54% para EB; 75,83% para MS, 39,53% para PB e 74,71% para EB, respectivamente. No experimento IV, observou-se que a utilização dos sorgos cultivados com diferentes adubações e sem adubação não afetou (P>0,05) as características de desempenho. A adubação verde com crotalaria e milheto, seguido do uso de húmus de esterco bovino são alternativas que podem ser utilizadas no cultivo do milho e sorgo, pois propiciaram grãos com composição nutricional, valores energéticos e coeficientes de metabolizabilidade adequados ao desempenho de frangos de crescimento lento de 1 a 20 dias de idade alimentados com milho e de 1 a 28 dias de idade alimentados com sorgo
