Histórias de vida e formação: análise de relatos de professores licenciados em Matemática pela Ead/Unitins

Studies involving teachers formation have been privileged in education with a view to terminating the complex challenges that are presented in a context broad and heterogeneous as the country. This work cuts the universe of distance education in Tocantins and, in this way, addresses issues incipient by academic research. The research reported discussion about life stories and training in distance graduation of four teachers from the University of Tocantins. Thus, in discursive movement we ask: how teachers recently graduated from distance education by UNITINS mean this type of education in the discursive movement, outlined by reports of their life stories. Based on this question, our overall goal was to analyze the speeches of the formation of these subjects, their expectations regarding schooling, the meanings that attach along their lives to education and identities that build on these subjects training. We pointed out aspects that outline the training received, the difficulties encountered, the paths that travel through higher education and the expectations arising from the recently teachers formation. Guided by Discourse Analysis and the technique of life story, we bring the real emerges as an effect of discourse: that school is that they talk about and which correspond so many expectations of democratization of access to socially valued knowledge? We believe that the stories of individuals, despite their quirks, are crossed by a collective history. The results lead us to conclude that the stories are similar and suggest some regularities and for a story lived collectively. The model presents silent, vertical, instructional, surpassed only by the horizontality of exchange and dialogue among peers, produced without the knowledge of what was planned. Althoughthe speechof distance education in principle seeks to promote the democratization of access to knowledge, research shows that there is no way he wave necessarily attest to success in learning. There are gaps that need to receive more attention in order to more symmetric models of teaching and learning, guided by effective interaction and collaboration.Estudos que envolvem a formação do professor têm sido privilegiados na educação tendo em vista a complexidade que encerra, os desafios que lhe são apresentados num contexto bastante amplo e heterogêneo como o do país. Este estudo recorta o universo da educação a distância no Tocantins e, nesse sentido, traz à discussão relatos das histórias de vida e formação de quatro professores licenciados à distância pela Universidade do Tocantins. Nesse sentido, questionamos: como os professores recém-formados pela EaD da UNITINS significam esta modalidade de ensino, no movimento discursivo, delineado através de relatos de suas histórias de vida. Com base nessa pergunta, nosso objetivo geral foi analisar os discursos sobre a formação desses sujeitos, suas expectativas diante da escolarização, os sentidos que atribuem ao longo de suas vidas à educação e as identidades que esses sujeitos constroem na formação. No movimento discursivo, pontuamos aspectos que delineiam a formação obtida, as dificuldades encontradas, os caminhos que percorreram até o ensino superior e as expectativas decorrentes da formação então recentemente concluída. Orientados pela Análise do Discurso e pela técnica da história de vida, trazemos o real que emerge como efeito dos discursos: que escola é essa de que se fala e a qual correspondem tantas expectativas de democratização de acesso aos saberes socialmente valorizados? Consideramos que as histórias dos sujeitos, a despeito das suas peculiaridades, são atravessadas por uma história coletiva. Os resultados obtidos nos levam a concluir que as histórias se assemelham e apontam para algumas regularidades e para uma história coletivamente vivida. Os pesquisados têm em comum o pertencimento à mesma classe social, compartilham uma trajetória de escolarização acidentada. Naturaliza-se no imaginário desses sujeitos, em princípio, o ensino a distância como a possibilidade que se lhes apresenta diante das facilidades de ingresso e do tempo diminuto, em razão do trabalho. A educação ofertada, contudo, não promete grandes avanços em termos de ganho para a qualidade da aprendizagem dos pesquisados. O modelo apresenta-se silencioso, verticalizado, instrucional, superado apenas pela horizontalidade da troca e do diálogo entre seus pares, produzido à revelia do que foi planejado. Embora o discurso do ensino a distância em princípio vise a favorecer a democratização do acesso ao conhecimento, a pesquisa evidencia que não há como atestar que ele acene necessariamente para o sucesso no aprendizado.
