The objective of this paper was to theoretically explain human resource management functions and examine their influence on the example of a small size company Mack Ltd. The paper has included the wider area of Human resources management with the focus put on functions within it: Job Analysis, Human Resource Management Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Job Introduction, Training of the Employees and Motivation. The research has been conducted by interviewing the director and board member who gave an insight into the processes and gave examples for theoretical background of the paper.
