Die vorliegende Dissertation beschäftigt sich mit der theoretischen Beschreibung von Transporteigenschaften von Randzuständen zweidimensionaler topologischer Isolatoren. Mit Hilfe der Methoden der quantenkinetischen Gleichung und der Bosonisierung entwickeln wir eine Beschreibung der helikalen Randmoden unter dem Einfluss von externen Feldern und der Coulomb Wechselwirkung. Als Anwendungen berechnen wir den Leitwert der helikalen Moden sowie den Coulombdrag zwischen helikalen Flüssigkeiten
