We showed that application of the husk of buckwheat and barley as the medium for immobilization of bacteria helps to expedite the biodegradation of oil in water, than when suspended cells are used. We found the dependence of the extent of water purification on airing and various temperature conditions of cultivation (+4, 20-22, 28° C)
