Gas resonant oscillations excited by a periodically oscillating piston in an open-ended tube are considered. A boundary condition at the open end is analytically calculated. A mathematical model of resonant oscillations in a long tube put in a laminar flow is developed. The derived relations are compared with available experimental observations
