This study examines the dynamics of phase transitions at the contact of two porous half-spaces. In the two-phase zone, ice and the solution coexist. The formation of this zone is evaluated in terms of initial temperatures and concentrations. Calculations are also carried out making it possible to determine the mechanisms of formation of ice lens
