The purpose of this collective-case study was to explore the characteristics of transformational figures as perceived by the participants of this study. The participants of this study were purposely selected because they identified an epochal change in their life as a result of their interpersonal encounter with another person. This was an integrated study, as it incorporated findings from my own transformational experience.;The lessons learned in this study are the result of the data that was collected from the individual and collective-case analysis.
