The purpose of the paper is to characterize the motivation and the valuable orientation of teachers to inculcate students' ability to tolerant behavior. The guiding principle of the study is the principle of synergy that enables to consider motivation and valuable orientation as a synergistic integrity of personal dispositions and outer-stimulating motivation.
