Organizational mechanism of energy saving program management within the sectors of Russia's regional economy

The article considers the methodological issues in the management of regional energy saving programs basing on the complex approach. The research has shown that organizational mechanism is the key tool for the management of energy saving programs in the sectors of regional economy. The key parameters (program management indicators), constituting elements and factors defining the specifics of a program are presented and the principles of organizational mechanism are determined which are: the hierarchy, multiple shape etc
