Our previous study showed that intrathecal (i.t.) injection of platelet-activating factor (PAF) induced tactile allodynia, suggesting that spinal PAF is a mediator of neuropathic pain. The present study further examined the spinal molecules participating in PAF-induced tactile allodynia in mice.
