Central Counterparty and development of infrastructure of securities market institutions

In this article there are investigated the questions concerning necessity of creation of the newest institutes of an infrastructure securities market in Ukraine. The accent in article becomes on necessity of overcoming of arising risks, and also sequence of introduction of the best world practice in activity on a securities market.В данной статье исследуется вопрос относительно необходимости создания новейших институтов инфраструктуры рынка ценных бумаг в Украине.
