The paper intends to explore the knowledge sharing processes in modern organizations in the digital age. It investigates the essential characteristics of knowledge-sharing organizations and provides a set of guidelines to enable organizations to enhance their innovation capabilities through the knowledge sharing process and to succeed in the digital world.
