The aim of this article is to reveal the kit of financial instruments proposed by the Securities market in Lithuania and to evaluate the regularity of demand and supply of these tools. Investment is the use of real property or financial papers in order to enlarge it. When investing into various securities of the Securities market, general capital is allocated into different spheres of economy for different periods of time. According to its economical nature, it is possible to group securities into three kinds: proprietary, debt securities and financial derivatives.
