The moral limits of rights of freedom speech (expressions).

The genesis and basis of the moral limits of rights of freedom of speech (expression) are discussed in the article. It is proved in this article that the freedom of expression is directly determined 160 by ideas of truth and goodness. The idea of truth in the process of speech is expressed through the information communication act and the idea of goodness through the intention of the speaker. It is shown in the article that in this case, when information is communicated through the text (article in the newspaper and etc.) the intention of the articles author is expressed through the complex social values taking into account the intellectual abilities to comprehend this information truly by the user. It is suggested to classify people opinion into three categories: a) nonprofesional opinion; b) professional opinion; c) official opinion. It is underlined in the article, that every opinion has specifically regulatory law sings. It is shown in the article that together with the right of freedom of expression the information user‟s rights exist. If the publicly demonstrated information injuries the dignity of religious feeling and the values that are cultivated in the society, the information user has the right address to the court.Straipsnyje filosofiniu požiūriu yra analizuojama saviraiškos (žodžio) laisvės teisės struktūra. Paaiškėja, kad žodžio laisvės teisės struktūrą lemia dvi – tiesos ir gėrio – filosofinės kategorijos. Pirmoji suponuoja intelektualinį, antroji – valinį žodžio laisvės aspektą. Straipsnyje parodoma, kaip abu šie aspektai veikia difamacijos teisės esminius parametrus, visuomenės informavimo priemonių atsakomybę ir valstybinės valdžios veiksmų kritikos besąlygišką galimybę
