Developmnet and perspectives of regulation of employment of foreigners in Lithuania.

The article analyses development of regulation of employment of foreigners in Lithuania since 1990 till present days. Preconditions of regulation of foreigner's employment – both for limitation and for allowing – are presented, which cause the contents of legislation in this field. Analysis of legislation, related to regulation of foreigner’s employment, for period from 1990 is presented, gaps and deficiencies of regulation are analysed, notes and proposals on improvement of regulation are presented. The article also tries to take a glance at possible development of legal regulation of employment of foreigners in the nearest years, especially taking into account Lithuania's integration into European Union.Straipsnyje tiriama užsieniečių įsidarbinimo Lietuvoje reglamentavimo raida nuo 1990 m. iki šių dienų. Nagrinėjamos užsieniečių darbo Lietuvoje reglamentavimo – tiek ribojimo, tiek leidimo – prielaidos, lemiančios esamų ir buvusių šios srities teisės aktų turinį. Pateikiama laikotarpio nuo 1990 m. norminių aktų, susijusių su užsieniečių įsidarbinimu, analizė, nagrinėjamos reglamentavimo spragos ir trūkumai, dėstomos pastabos ir pasiūlymai dėl reglamentavimo tobulinimo. Straipsnyje mėginama pažvelgti į užsieniečių įsidarbinimo teisinio reglamentavimo raidą artimiausiais metais, ypač atsižvelgiant į Lietuvos integraciją į Europos Sąjungą
