Фундаментальные основы развития открытых стационарных систем в контексте устойчивого развития

The article deals with the fundamental basics of open stationary systems development in context of sustainable development. Deep understanding of sustainable development prerequisites the requires of researching the system’s development fundamentals. Detailed analysis of mechanisms and factors of development allows introducing their integral interaction. Only open stationary systems are able to develop it. If the system is stationary, it means that it is able to maintain stable (sustainable) dynamic equilibrium — homeostasis. All processes of systems functioning and development happen due to the interaction between three natural origins: energy potency, information reality, and synergetic phenomenon. The large sustainable development includes three following elements — each of them belongs to the class of open stationary systems: 1) a man as a biological organism and as a social being; 2) ecosystem and biosphere in general; 3) social economic system. Two approaches, conservative and that of positive changes, constitute a methodological basis of a modern economic mechanism to achieve sustainable development
