The aim of the research is to explore the opinion of class mentors about the quality of communication and elaboration with students from problematic families. To achieve the aim, the following objectives were set: to analyze Pedagogical, psychological, sociological, management literature on topic explored; to explore the opinion of class mentors about the quality of communication and collaboration with students from problematic families. Fifty class mentors from five Šiauliai town comprehensive schools participated in the research.
