Change of paradigms in higher education : towards where?

The changes of paradigms in higher education developing generic and specific skill of bachelor and master studies graduates in the context of changing labour market needs are discussed. On the basis of the research data received analysing opinion of stakeholders of higher education regarding importance of development of generic skills of graduates to enter labour market and staying in it are presented. The monetary and non-monetary aims of higher education significant for person and society to be achieved, change of nature of personal career under fast scientific as well as technological progress in global world are discussed
