The article analyses the phenomenon of laterality. The laterality of the adults - favouring of one side of the body over the other - was researched on the basis of the specially–designed questionnaire. The article introduces the results of the research and interpretations. The research on the laterality of adults is a constituent of the comprehensive research on the phenomenon of left-handedness
