The article is concerned with the subjective circumstances necessary for a successful professional activity in social work. It focuses on the subjective side of the profession, namely, the social worker personality. An attempt is being made to show that/how the social worker personality features reflect the social worker's relationship with the chosen profession and the quality level of professional activity.
