Recently, to be interesting metabolic syndrome with insulin resistance, spot urine C-peptide (U-CPR) were examined to be compared with age, BMI, incidence of hypertension and hyperlipidemia, HbA1c, and the duration of diabetes mellitus in medical check group and type 2 diabetes mellitus respectively.
