This paper analyzes the relationship between school and local community by survey. This survey shows that a characteristic of local community didn\u27t influence school organization climate directly. But the aciton of actors in local community influenced school organization climate. This is a evidence that school and local community interact. The results of the survey give suggestions about the possibility of the relationship between school and local community
