Review of Studies on Support for Patients with Congenial heart disease and their Family

Due to the advance of treatment, it is said that adult patients with congenital heart disease (CHD) has been increasing. The purpose of this paper is to investigate patients\u27and their family\u27s appreciation of illness, and psychological support for them. Firstly, conditions and treatments of CHD were pictured based on clinical psychology. Secondly, the questing asking “How illness is appreciated by the patients with CHD and their family?” were examined. It was found that degree and stance on understanding illness was different. Thirdly, current psychological support was examined. Finally, the prospects of future studies on the patients with CHD and their family were proposed
