Chronic pain is a health problem that affects between 10 and 30 % of the population. The goal of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a group intervention program for chronic pain. A quasi-experimental study was carried out. The sample consists of 105 participants of the Pain Unit of the Hospital General Universitario de Alicante. A battery of questionnaires pre and post was administered to the application of the program. The study measured the level of pain, quality of life, anxiety, depression, sleep attributes and self-efficacy.
