逆相液体クロマトグラフィーは現在,混合試料の分離分析だけではなく,目的物質の分離精製法としても適用されており,クロマト分離の目的や条件が異なる条件下において幅広く利用されている.また均一溶離法だけではなく,グラジエント分離法も適用される.本報では,目的や方法論の異なるこれらの各種逆相液体クロマト分離の最適条件探索法について既往の研究を整理し,今後の研究課題について考察する
