The purpose of this paper is to know the ways that will help revive the production of Mongolian dairy foods. Within this framework, the effects of the transition from socialism to capitalism on the Mongolian dairy foods industry have been analyzed. Focusing on the supply of the domestically produced dairy products which made from domestic materials, we found that in order to revive domestic production, not only production technology, but also the management system of the industry, the social infrastructure such as transportation and industrial policies should be modernized
