Postgraduate residency program for PGY 1 - 2 will be start in 2004. Rotation to emergency department for 3 - 6 months is scheduled in this program. The program in emergency department includes almost all types of emergency diseases and skills. The possible problems related to the postgraduate program at Niigata University Hospital were discussed
