Recent Therapy of IgA Nephropathy in Childhood.

The most important prognostic factors are early diagnosis and early treatment in child IgA nephropathy. Recently, steroid, anticoagulant drug； heparin, immuno suppressive agent and antiplatlet drug are used for therapy of IgA nephropathy.
