Current situation and efficiency of Shibata Hospital Emergency Center is not very good condition. I think the cause of bad condition is the shortage of physicians specializing in emergency and hospital doctor shortage in Niigata Prefecture. There are hospital doctors only less than desired in the Shibata area. However, because specialist physicians are now incremented, it should rapidly improve impossible. Emergency department physicians are not enough, especially in the country. Even after three years in our hospital was opened, full-time emergency specialist is not.
