This paper reports the responses shown by the students who took the course on practical studies of teaching, when they were exposed to a report concerning a class in elementary school home economics. The following responses were obtained: 1. 45.5%of all the students showed a strong support for the efficiency of the subject of 'long standing relationships with the family members beginning at the stage of a fetus' as a topic of home economics at elementary school level and 50.8% showed support, with the total of 98.3% supporting this topic as a suitable one. 2.
