土地区画整理事業施行地区における計画設計の変遷と市街化実態: 金沢市における事例研究

金沢大学理工研究域環境デザイン学系The Land Readjustment Project has played a major role in newly urbanizing area in Japan. This paper studies the changes of design for this Project in Kanazawa City and tries to give the problem of this project. Main components of design are streets, park, project area, existing village and reserved land. This paper also tries to give the factor of urbanization in Land Readjustment Project Area by analyzing the distribution between lots of the urbanization
