Increasing population size puts pressure on each region, epseically on basic services, such as the provision of clean water, sanitation and health facilities. Centres for public health (Puskesmas) are a basic health facilities provided by the government at the administrative level, with one puskesmas per district. Puskesmas based on this administrative requirement cannot be accessed by the entire community because of their relatively difficult affordability. This study aims to provide advice on the development of puskesmas by modeling their development in consideration of several factors, including the condition of the population, the vulnerability of the population to natural disasters, and spatial factors.
