Fluid flow through elastic porous medium is an interesting and complex problem in fluid dynamics. Its complexity arises due to the necessity to take into account both the stress and the strain in the structure of the elastic solid as it interacts with the fluid. In our work, we simu-late this phenomenon by using the Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH) method. In the SPH method, the fluid and the elastic solid are represented using particles in the Lagrangian frame.
