Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wurde ein elektromagnetischer Ultraschall (EMUS) Prüfkopf entwickelt, der in der Lage ist, linear polarisierte Scherwellen bei senkrechter Einschallung mit Hilfe einer horizontalen Vormagnetisierung des Prüfobjekts anzuregen und zu detektieren. Das Schallfeld ist zur Bestimmung der Wanddicke von Stahlblechen und Rohrwänden optimiert. Der Fokus wurde auf die Bestimmung der Restwanddicke bei korrosionsbedingtem Wandabtrag gelegt. Ist eine Wanddickenreduktion auf der dem Sensor zugewandten Seite, kann es durch die Sensorabhebung vom Prüfobjekt zu einem kompletten Ausfall des Ultraschallsignals kommen. Deshalb wurde der EMUS-Prüfkopf so ausgestaltet, dass er gleichzeitig auch als Wirbelstrom- und Streuflusssensor genutzt...
