The Council of European Energy Regulators has been publishing Benchmarking Reports on the Quality of Electricity Supply since 2001 on a regular basis. For the 5th edition of the Benchmarking Report the 29 member countries of CEER were joined by the 9 NRA's from the Energy Community and the NRA from Switzerland.
