The aim of the present study was to describe nursing staff´s experience of working with everyday rehabilitation in nursing homes. The author conducted five semi-structured interviews with nursing staff at four nursing homes in a municipality in Norrbotten, Sweden. An interview guide was used during the data collection with three main questions during the interviews. The data were analyzed according to qualitative content analysis and resulted in three categories:”The everyday rehabilitation as part of everyday work”,”The nursing staff`s approaches” and ”The working group´s role and function”. The result showed that the nursing staff had a positive attitude towards everyday rehabilitation; the nursing staff felt that there were many benefits...
