Eutric Gleysols and some Mollic Gleysols provide environment for small patches of Pulmonario-Alnetum vegetation. These soils have slighty acidic or even neutral reaction (pH 5,0-6,0). Texture of such soils is loamy and the content of organic matter is 5,3-12,0% in humus horizon and it rapidly decreases down the soil profile. Primary minerals forming soil mass are quartz, plagioclases, feldspars and micas. Secondary clay minerals are represented by chlorite, illite, kaolinite, vermiculite and randomly interstratified illite/smectite
